Dona L. Smith, SupervisorDona Smith

Dona is a life-long resident of the area who lives in West Chicago with her husband, Phil.  Dona has three children, four step-children and several grandchildren.  Dona served as Township Clerk for 6 years before currently serving as Supervisor, which she started serving in 2003.  Dona has spent most of her adult life involved in community activities, including the West Chicago Youth Commission Open Gym, National Night Out and the West Chicago Lion's Club.  Dona is President of the West Chicago Mosquito Abatement District and a member of the DuPage County Health Coalition.  Dona is also the President of the DuPage County Association of Township Supervisors.


John S. Dusza, Highway Commissioner John S. Dusza

John has lived in Winfield Township for 35 years and currently is living with his wife, Cindy, and son, Jacob in unincorporated West Chicago. John was employed by Winfield Township Road District for 17 years prior to being elected Highway Commissioner. For nine years John was a volunteer/paid on call firefighter for the Winfield Fire Protection District. He currently is an active member of the West Chicago Lions Club participating in their many fundraising events. John considers it an honor to have been able to work for the Road District and is appreciative of the opportunity to serve all the residents of Winfield Township as Highway Commissioner. His door is always open, please stop by or give him a call.


Mark W. Malay, AssessorMark Malay

Mark spent his formative years in Winfield Township and decided to remain here with his wife, Laura, to raise their two children.  Mark has worked in the Township Assessor's Office for the past 20 years, with the last 15 years serving as our elected Assessor.  His expertise and fairness as a Township assessor earned Mark the honor of serving as a past President of both the Northern Illinois Township Assessor's Association and the DuPage County Assessor's Association.




Clifford A. Brown, Township ClerkClifford Brown

Cliff and his wife, Jacqueline, have lived in Winfield Township since 1979, and have three children. Cliff has been the Township Clerk since 2003.  He is a CPA and CFO of a public traded company.  He is the current President of the DuPage County Clerk's Association.  Cliff also was a youth baseball manager for 10 years and continues to be active in the Restoration Ministries, both as a board member and treasurer. 


Dave TorngaDave Tornga

Dave and his wife, Marge (Dominguez), live in unincorporated Winfield. They have four children and six grandchildren.   Dave received his MBA from the University of Michigan and is an attorney whose professional life is centered on investment real estate. He is actively involved in the Republican Party as well as community, civic, athletic, and church activities. April 2011, Dave was voted in to fill the trustee vacancy created when Fran Kammes retired, after serving on the Board since 1989.

Gerald E. RuzickaGerald E. Ruzicka

Jerry is a life-long Winfield Township resident.  He and his wife, Cynthia, raised three daughters.  Jerry served with the U.S. Air Force.  Upon his discharge, Jerry began a long successful career in the pharmaceutical industry.  He has been active in a variety of local groups, serving 13 years as a Warrenville girls softball coach.  Jerry has been a Winfield Township Trustee since 1993.

Mary Ann MannaMary Ann Manna

Mary Ann is a 16 year resident of Winfield Township.  Mary Ann and her husband, Jim Borst live in the unincorporated High Lake Area.  Mary Ann Is a real estate and note broker with a finance degree and CFP designation.  Mary Ann is actively involved in the Republican Party and is an elected precinct committeeman.  She also volunteers her time as Treasurer, West Chicago Mosquito Abatement District and Director, Western DuPage Chamber of Commerce.   She is the Past President, West Chicago Rotary Club, member of the West Chicago Lions Club, and serves on the High Lake Homeowner's Association Executive Board.  Mary Ann has been a Winfield Township Trustee since 2009.


Don VoelzDon Voelz

Don is a life-long Winfield Township resident. He and his wife, Cindy, raised two daughters. Don is a board member of the West Chicago Park District, a West Chicago Lions Club member and a certified USSF soccer referee. Don has been actively involved in the Republican Party for over 20 years and is an elected precinct committeeman. February 2012, Don was voted in to fill the trustee vacancy created when Fred Dusza retired, after serving on the Board since 2000.
